Victron Smart Battery Protect 12/24V 65A

The Victron Smart Battery Protect range is a unidirectional device. It can only handle current in one direction, so either current to the load or current from the charger, but not both at the same time.

Features

• Automatic detection of 12V/24V systems.
• Easy programming via Bluetooth. - Smart Battery Protect allows programming via Bluetooth so that the required engage/disengage levels can be set. Alternatively, one of nine pre-defined programming levels can be set.
• If required, Bluetooth can be disabled.
• Special program for lithium batteries. - The device can also act as a charge switch between the charger and the lithium-ion battery, which is especially important after a low voltage interruption.
• Can work with VE Bus BMS.
• Extremely low consumption.
• Overvoltage protection. - To prevent damage to sensitive loads due to overvoltage, the load is disconnected whenever the DC voltage exceeds 16.3V and 32.6V respectively.
• No risk of sparks. - There are no relays, but MOSFET switches and therefore no sparks.
• Alarm output / buzzer, relay or LED output option. - The alarm output is activated if the battery voltage drops below the preset disconnect level for more than 12 seconds. Therefore, starting the engine will not activate the alarm.
