Victron Battery Protect 12V/24V 100A

The Victron Battery Protect range is a unidirectional device. It can only handle current in one direction, so either current to the load or current from the charger, but not both at the same time.

Features

• Automatic detection of 12V/24V systems.
• Easy programming. - The Battery Protect can be set to activate or disconnect at different voltage levels, depending on the requirements of the system. The seven-segment display clearly indicates which setting has been selected.
• Special program for lithium batteries. - The device can also act as a charge switch between the charger and the lithium-ion battery, which is especially important after a low voltage interruption.
• Can work with VE Bus BMS.
• Extremely low consumption.
• Overvoltage protection. - To prevent damage to sensitive loads due to overvoltage, the load is disconnected whenever the DC voltage exceeds 16V and 32V respectively.
• No risk of sparks. - There are no relays, but MOSFET switches and therefore no sparks.
  Alarm output / buzzer, relay or LED option. - The alarm output is activated if the battery voltage drops below the preset disconnect level for more than 12 seconds. Therefore, starting the engine will not activate the alarm.
