It can even detect voltage down to 2V, allowing it to read deeply discharged batteries that other tools simply cannot power on.

Independent Internal Resistance Testing

Beyond standard battery, cranking, and charging tests, the BT600 Plus features a dedicated resistance measurement function (0–200Ω) with customizable PASS/WARN/FAILED thresholds.

It supports not only lead-acid batteries, but also lithium, alkaline, and carbon-zinc chemistries.

Batch Testing for Multiple Batteries

The Sequence Test function allows testing of up to 500 batteries per group, with support for up to 10 groups — a powerful tool for distributors and warehouses needing to quickly evaluate large volumes of batteries.

10-Record Test History

Unlike simpler tools, the BT600 Plus stores the last 10 results for each test type, allowing you to compare readings and track battery condition over time.

Instant Printing

The built-in thermal printer produces test reports on demand, letting you hand customers documentation on the spot.
