Applications of Solar cables

SOLAR-type cables are flexible conductors with double insulation. They are suitable for photovoltaic installations, for outdoor use in both wet and dry environments, inside open or closed conduits. They are also suitable for direct burial in the ground but mechanical protection must be ensured. They are highly resistant to abrasions and scratches.

• Conductors: Stranded tinned copper according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5.
• Outer sheath: PVC / TPU BLEND, flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1, resistant to UV radiation and ozone.
• Operating voltage: DC 900V / 1500V
• Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C
