The design of the positive and negative plates represents the latest technology, featuring reinforced metal grid plates and robust separators.

The Global series utilizes calcium technology, is sealed type and requires no maintenance.

The state of charge (SOC) is monitored through an integrated charge indicator on all models up to 230Ah:

• The green indicator shows a fully charged battery when the electrolyte density is higher than 1.280.
• The black indicator shows a partially discharged battery. The battery is considered 50% charged, with the electrolyte gravity typically at 1.220.
• The white indicator shows a battery with a very low electrolyte level. In this case, the battery needs charging or replacement.

The Global series adopts tin (Sn) technology to significantly enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life under overcharging and high-temperature conditions.

The heavy-duty truck series is designed to meet the increased starting demands of the new generation of trucks.

The compact cell design enhances vibration resistance. An increased electrolyte volume ensures the plates remain covered even if liquid evaporation occurs under high temperatures.

The strong positive plate (up to 2mm thickness) and the strong negative plate (at least 1.5mm thickness) combined with the compact cell design contribute to extended battery life.

The sealed, pre-charged design allows for easy and quick installation, ensuring maintenance-free operation throughout its extended lifespan.
